Cuely is a personal reminder app. This policy explains what it does and does not do with your information.

Summary

Cuely does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

The reminders you create (task title, optional notes, date/time, repeat setting) and your app preferences are stored only on your device, using the operating system's local storage.
This data is never sent to Karitec Limited or any third party. The app makes no network requests for its core function and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking.

Notifications — to show your reminders at the time you set.
Exact alarms / Alarms & reminders (Android) — so reminders fire at the precise minute rather than being delayed by battery optimisation.
Full-screen alarm / display over lock screen (Android) — so a reminder can open a full-screen alert, like an alarm clock.
Critical Alerts (iOS) — so a reminder you set can alert you even when the device is on silent or Do Not Disturb.
Text-to-speech — to read the task aloud. Speech is generated on-device by the operating system; no audio leaves the device.

Deleting a reminder in the app removes it from your device. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data.

Cuely is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
